Hey guys!
Skye here checkin in...long time no talk! Things have been hectic between the move to Texas, and my mom's cancer. I am proud to say that she is still in the best of spirits and doing pretty well!
I have some new additions to my horsey family... The first a little bay stud colt that is an own grandson of Smart Chic Olena and Dry Pages, his name is All Reddy A Diamond or "Banjoe" in the barn... The second is a GORGEOUS chocolate palomino stud colt by the name of Cha Ching Chex, by Superior reiner Nu Chex To Jewel by Nu Chex to Cash out of a performing daughter of Hollywood Dun it. I am so very blessed to add horses of their caliber to my barn and look forward to their progress.
As for Lacey my APHA mare she is happily 7 months pregnant with a foal by Flying Bar O Lena an own son of Gay Bar O Lena out of an own daughter of Delta Flyer. We are praying for COLOR but you know how that goes! Healthy is fine with me!
Woody and Beau are doing quite well. Woody has begun patterning the barrels again and we will start running him in January and looking forward to it. As for Beau, we think we have found a wonderful home to semi retire him in Wyoming. It will be so so so hard to see him go but he simply is not getting the love and attention he deserves and you have to keep in mind what is best for him although you want to be selfish. Woody may kill me though as that is his best friend in the entire world.
I also have a new Labrador puppy by the name of Diesel. He is quite the dog, and very very smart!
I am sorry that I missed foaling season this year with ya'll just been way way too busy! But i am back for now! Keep in touch and hope ya'll are all doing well!
